Drawing our own demons | Art workshop for young adults
Location: 5th floor
In the art workshop Drawing Inner Devils, participants are encouraged to research mental health through artistic creation, mainly in the form of comics. The aim with the workshop is to nurture our mental health and raise awareness against prejudice towards mental illness. We also want to draw positive attention to people's mental well-being and the importance of expression. The workshop is for 16-30 years old.
Supervisors: Ágústa Björnsdóttir and Ólöf Benediktsdóttir, artists.
The workshop is run by ÁLFUR accoiation. The association emphasizes the artistic creation of members and various forms of education on an equal basis for young people in Reykjavik. The project is funded by Erasmus +
